Our Registered Dietitian, Melissa Bowman,  MS, RD is committed to teaching and empowering our clients to effectively incorporate healthy eating behavior into their busy lives. Melissa's responsibility as a nutrition coach will be to ensure that her clients achieve their specific goals, while keeping in mind unique needs, preferences and lifestyle. Specifically, she will share the latest health information and provide the tools necessary to gain a deeper understanding of the body and design personalized meal plans to fit each client's lifestyle and preferences. Most imporantly, Melissa will support and listen to each client's unique needs to empower them to successfully incorporate a practical, realistic and sustainable eating lifestyle plan into their lives.

Through her guidance, support and expertise, you will be on your way to achieving greater balance in energy levels, eating habits and overall well-being for long-term success.
